IT training takes many forms and can be bespoke to your needs, part of an accredited course or specific to a computer programme or discipline. There are a huge number of online resources which you can self train with. Before you or your organisation undertake any IT training, you might want to consider the purpose of the training and what difference it will make not just to the individuals, but also to the organisation. You can use our ICT training needs questionnaire to identify what level people are at. Use it again after the training and see if there has been an improvement.
For a general voluntary sector perspective on training look at Humberside Learning Consortium. Adult Learners Week provides many introductory opportunities.
